PRIVACY POLICY
The administrator of personal data is Monika Nowak, based in Rząśnia, 98-332 Rząśnia, ul. Jaśminowa 9. These data are stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Taking all necessary actions leading to the conclusion and execution of a contract;

Handling correspondence and communication related to the organization and offering of the Administrator’s events (workshops, training sessions, events, meetings, sessions);

Processing orders, complaints, and returns in case of contract withdrawal;

Financial settlements for participation in events;

Fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations related to the cooperation (this includes storing certain documents for the period required by law);

Archival (evidential) purposes to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts;

Managing the Administrator’s fan pages on Facebook and Instagram;

Providing information about offers, promotions, etc., in cases where the user has given consent to receive such information electronically.
Providing personal data by the user is voluntary; however, refusal to consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of services and the sale of goods, including confirming the terms of service and purchase, as well as sending detailed information regarding order or contract execution.
Users who have entrusted their personal data to the Administrator have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access their personal data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, as well as withdraw consent for processing.

Recipients of personal data may include entities cooperating with the Administrator, providing services such as venue rental, accounting, IT, legal, banking, payment, hosting, courier, or postal services, as well as collaborating trainers.
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes described in point 2 or for five years from the end of the year in which the last service and related transaction took place.
Collected data will not be processed for automated decision-making purposes and will not be subject to profiling.
